One of those rare softwares that are hard to find due to the fact its hard to keyword / describe in a simple word**, simply stated above it opens the present / active browsers page in another browser, EXAMPLE: you input any other browser[s] in its menu then if a web site in the open browser does not show a desired popup text [ like most browsers at GUBA sites] as instead it shows the VIDEOs prevue then open Optool right click and select the browser [ as K-Melon, Oprea to show the popup text at GUBA by default] thus you have easily opened a browser you preselect to open that other feature. IDEA: why not create a way where when one hovers over a tag / keyword a pop-up of corresponding words in a circular fashion show up around the main keyword including a green dot to go to the next circular selection of words orange circle to go back an example is at sevenload [if the link is illegal try searching at sevenload for "tag on", "search pop up".[link 1 & 2: http://en.sevenload.com/...window-tag-on-words-pt1

You may note that the Optool was originally developed specifically for Opera, but has matured into being useful for all browsers.
I mainly use it for Opera, but sometimes use it when using other browsers too.

RE: ruadrift
You DO know there's a way to do this in Opera by itself right?
Just edit the menu file.
Search the Opera forums for details. You can add two entries to Opera's mymenu to add "Open with" Firefox & IE

the fact that it has to be a running proccess is the dumbest thing ive heard of. They should make it integrated.

I use opera, but some sites think the world only uses IE. Optool is handy to switch to IE when poor web page designers screw up.
