Version 4.0
Now works on Vista and Windows 7. Due to new encryption and better security, the database is updated and not backwards compatible with earlier versions.
I use this over KeePass anyday. It's small ,easy to use and just works!

There's an opensource project also called Password Safe, and which "coincidentally" also released version 3.12 on February 21, 2008. Makes you wonder...
The opensource Password Safe can be found at http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net/index.shtml
Personally I'll stick with Keepass - the opensource one, I mean.
