Valuable and useful Windows utility, particularly for cleaning up the taskbar, centralizing the management and application of hotkeys for apps and just generally improving the Windows GUI. Also, doesn't use much memory at all. The screen shot on this site doesn't do the app justice at all.

other than not being able to stop it or uninstall it (nor a desire to learn it's seemingly infinite capabilities) I prefer pstart with windows much more. All-n-one aps are tedious as a whole.
It does have a quick little menu however.

I have been using this program since the days that it was a shareware program called Stiletto. Bruce Switzer has continued to upgrade and enhance it, even though it is now freeware. He is also available for support through the user forum.
Power Pro is, without question, one of the most valuable and useful programs I have. From start up to shut down, it is constantly running on my system.
This is a Swiss army knife that does everything and does it well (program launcher, macros, sticky notes, alarms, reminders, shut-down, system stats, hot keys, dialog enhancement, navigation and more) If a person learns how to use this, it will save all sorts of time. It will also save the expense of purchasing other programs that can only do one thing.
Warning: this program works "as-is" but the real value of it will only be found in learning it and shaping the menus, bars, reminders, etc. to suit your own needs. Once you do it, you won't want to give it up.

Been using PowerPro for years. Best thing since sliced bread. The learning curve is fairly long, but PowerPro can do just about anything. Can't beat the price, too.

I've been using Powerpro for years. My wish has always been to be able to access immediatly any link without having to return to the desktop nor to the Start menu. With Powerpro's infinite possibilities of creating home-made auto-hide or not toolbars and other menus I really have all my links one click away wherever I am. Nothing complicated, the result can go from basically simple to extraordinarily sophisticated. Moreover, PowerPro with its scripting tools can perform various tasks limited only to your needs and imagination. This softaware is fantastic, and easy to use, given one invests a few minutes to understand the idea.

Cons: Steep learning curve.
