Name too similar to Secunia PSI. Should change name it is confusing.

Pointless. Several times larger than Miranda and one millionth the feature set.

Nice jabber client, but neos is much better

I cannot give it 5 since .11 version uses three times more RAM than .10 due to the fact that a new PSI version depends on both Qt4 and Qt3 libraries.
Other than this glitch, PSI is probably the best Jabber/XMPP client around. You can also chat with your AIM, MSN and ICQ pals via Jabber transport.

Try JAJC first...

There's only two good IM clients: Psi and Miranda.
Psi (Jabber) way is to use one solid client and one protocol + number of gates to cross-protocol compatibility.
Miranda way is to use one modular client with native support for multiple protocols.
I used both, they're great. Just a matter of philosophy.
I hope, Psi will get plug-in system soon, that's the one thing i miss.

There is a good reason for PSI to exist: open standards and multi-protocols compatible. From a screenshot on the PSI web site, it could even encrypt message. That's cool. I hope this will make the Jabber open protocol more popular and may be, one day will bend the proprietary protocols towards the standards.

Psi is great. One of the first Jabber clients I've used because it was the only one to be unicode compliant. However, I hate how you have to authorize everyone, etc, if you forget to turn on auto-authorize before you connect >< Furthermore, since it doesn't import the groups you already have for msn/aim/icq etc, it just makes a huge mess. But this seems to be more a Jabber downfall than a Psi one.

Well, it works.
There's not a ton of reason for it to exist though. It brings nothing new to the table that isn't already in a selection of other Win32 IM clients. And it doesn't have the clean and polished look or feel that some others do have.
For a platform like Mac it maybe has a legit place (where there aren't 4839048902345 IM all-in-oine clients already), but for Win32... meh, I'm just not impressed. It's nothing I haven't already seen in a bevy of other programs.
