I wasn't confusing anything; it was an (apparently failed) attempt at word play.

You're confusing form with function. It's still ugly. I'll take tabs over the old Win31 look any day. Lots of free alternatives for better or worse keep this a hidden gem.

I find the interface quite beautiful--beautiful, that is, in its simplicity and ease-of-use. Compare this to that piece-of-crap Window Washer, with its idiotic, cutesy design, complete with command buttons that--at high resolution--require the skills of a microsurgeon to operate.

Ugly interface, but this program does more than any other cleaner and its intuitive management of cookies is unlike any other app. Excellent!

I have tried and tested nearly every privacy software available as of this date. Nothing compares to the effectiveness of this program. Deletion and overwrite of the Index.dat file is done properly and you can be rest assured your surfing habits will not be revealed to anyone! Highly configurable and reliable. Corrupted IE cache? No problem, PurgeIE Pro fixes that as well.

I've been using PurgeIE Pro for a long time, and used PurgeIE before that. It is a very mature and reliable utility, and now that it supports plugins, it is really quite powerful (it can remove specified registry keys or values, delete junk files, and even remove specified lines from existing text files). The secure-deletion option is exactly what it should be: Totally configurable by the user. The superior interface alone puts it miles ahead of that awful Window Washer piece of trash.
