Publisher's Description
Resource Tuner lets you view, extract, replace, edit, and delete the embedded resources of executable files: icons, strings, images, sounds, dialogs, menus - all that make up the visual part of your Windows programs. In fact, it allows you to add your own custom branding to an application, change dialog messages, customize toolbar actions, and so on without having access to the actual source code. Resource Tuner offers exciting possibilities even if you aren't a programmer. It's perfect for translators, tweakers, and anyone else who wants a different look and feel for an application.

It's not terrible, but it's overpriced. And I still need to keep Resource Hacker (which is freeware) installed, because Resource Tuner cannot edit certain dialog/resource scripts that Resource Hacker can--which I think is really lame for such an expensive utility.

A pretty nice utility, although the author is pretty rude.

Now all versions of UPX are supported from 0.8x up to 1.90, this is great !

Very nice and usefull application for those who need such one. I've used many resource editors in the past but with a small exception of Resource Hacker, none of them was good enough for pro-class res editing.
Resource Tuner is nice looking app with many editors but very limited number of advanced functions
It lacks a text .rc editor, resource wide search & replace.
On the other hand, it's small, fast and very stable. No more lockups or corrupted binary resource updates.
Btw i still prefer Resource Hacker although it seems that it's a dead project as it has no updates more than a year now.
