yeah, this is good 'cause we're all so fond of telemarkerters that we want them calling us as we're shopping....
salespeople- I'm all for good leads, they are indeed the best sales tool, next to a good product. But if my phone rings while I'm filling out a customer info page, and it's about the product I'm currently looking at, I will do my very best to source it from a different vendor than the one on the phone.
