There is not a day that goes by that I don't bless the author of this superb audio utility for the excellence he has provided us with.
The corollary of that is that there isn't a day that goes by that I don't curse that selfsame author for the execrable arrogance of taking away user-configurable context menus in the player.

FOUR stars (FIVE really but that context menu thing seriously burns my butt).

Not bad but Balabolka does the same and it's free.

I was using version 2.1777. Excellent program, but you really need to purchase voices to get full benefit. You pay for each voice separately. They are not expensive I wanted to read a guy's blog, but there were over 4,000 posts. I didn't want to sit and read all of them, so I converted them to mp3, put them on my portable mp3 player and listened to them while I worked out. First I downloaded all the web pages, then TextAloud has a batch mode. I would run 100 or so posts at a time until I got the whole set.

Pros: I've had this program for approximately a year. To be honest, it's one of the greatest pieces of software I've ever used. What I enjoy most about this website is its simplicity, speed, and excellent customer service.
Cons: Maybe there's just one thing I don't like about it: it's not updated as often as I thought; I hope you people improve more.
Bottom Line: There is not a day that goes by that I don't bless the author of this superb audio utility for the excellence he has provided us with.
