Truly an outstanding product. Monitors your computer use recommending microbreaks, exercises, and break times for serious computer users. If you use the computer on a daily basis you need to do your body a favor and install Workrave before it is too late.

Who needs this crap? It's for people unline the previous "tester", who don't want to end up with all kinds of injuries due to intensive computer usage. It's not crap, it's a great tool to help prevent RSI. And yeah, if you don't mind getting RSI, or if you don't want to test a program seriously... just call it crap, wiseguy!

This program does its job much better than the commercial software which my employer has installed on all computers. It even has network support and, best of all, it is FREE, open source, no ads.
You can completely customize the time between breaks, it works with multiple user accounts on Windows XP, and it monitors the time you are actually working. This is really an awesome program!
