XP Deactivator removes your XP license information. This way you can change your XP product key. Once Windows is deactivated, click "activate", choose "phone activation" and click on "change product key".

Why on earth would you want to do this? If you want to change the product key it's not like you need to deactivate xp to do so.
That being said - the developer obviously has some skills - hopefully he/she will continue programming & mabye come up with a good idea.

Works, but pointless. Tools like Magic Jellybean Key Finder can change the key without deactivating the system...
Also, .NET 3.5 for this? Come on already. Even an autoit script can deactivate windows by deleting one file and 2 registry entries, executing a rundll32 statement, and rebooting. No .Net required.

XP, or Vista for that matter, never needed a special program of its own to deactivate it. Just updating a driver would do it. This program is redundant.
