This ribbon interface apart from being nauseating is a waste of space as well so it ruins this relatively good program. From a reader I expect to be a reader, not a kind of crippled editor. eXPert PDF Reader is a bit better than Nitro PDF Reader, PDF-XChange Viewer and Foxit Reader that have all switched to ribbons and therefore suck hard. Nuance PDF Reader is better than all the above mentioned but my favourites are STDU Viewer and Sumatra PDF. Viewing a PDF document has never been that difficult. I want to view documents, not abominable ribbons.

It is very complete, free, no watermarks if you add typewriting, can export as BMP,TIFF... and also has more features if you pay as some kind of editing. It's more sophisticate than Foxit and works perfectly with Adobe.

I had trouble with Foxit and started to become slow so I switched to PDF-XChange Viewer and I'm happy with it. :)

I can't seem to find an example of what this looks like.
Adobe is THE pdf manipulator, if you need one. But Foxit? HELL NO-garbage, pro or free.
I use pdf x-change viewer and it not only looks great but has great features & is portable.
There is also pdf split and merge (pdfsam.org)which is free and works great & is portable too.
If a pdf is a picture you will not be able to highlite any text.

Impossible to select (and therefore copy) text, even when this operation is allowed in the document. Print quality, as seen in the Fineprint preview panel, is very poor. Found search words are not highlighted in the text. Does not have an uninstaller.

If you want a fully compatible reader, get Adobe's one.
If you need a simpler one, get Foxit.
Else, get eXpert. No clear user's target here.
