Publisher's Description
goot is a platform independent translation tool that features a plugin model and global hotkey support. Some plugins (eg. Google Translate) are already included but anyone with Java programming knowledge can write additional plugins.

Works with 36 different languages within ~1.5 MB folder.
Dictionary.net from http://fishcodelib.com/ works better, imho. with ~51 languages and it's a standalone exe of 161 KB. Includes langauge detection but adds probability percentile to results as well as being able to specify which google language server you want to work with.
