HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Took them almost a week to get me my access key and told me several lies in teh process.
Their product info page is misleading. Support emails for zmud ARE NOT handled by zugg the developer. The zuggsoft page claims that he answers support questions in email, but this is a lie. Someone called Chiara answers emails and does a horrible job of it. She even pushes you off to the forums to find answers because she can not answer them herself. All she is good at is takign your money and giving you a headache.
Avoid zuggsoft or at least do not trust anything you read on their webpage. they even give out disconnected phone numbers with their purchase invoices. They obviously do not care hwether or not you get up to date information, they just want your money

Simply THE BEST client for MUD games/ chat. Go visit the developers homepage, you wont be disappointed!
