I can't get this to run under WinXP Pro SP1 w/ Java 1.4.0. I ran the Zoe.jar file and just got an error that "http://127.0.0.1:10080/" cannot be found. I typed it into the browser by hand as it suggested in the FAQ, but it's apparently not running...
