It gets a bad review because it sucks. Flopix says he had permission from twc to use their data, but that is a flat out lie because the program does not adhere to a single requirement laid out by twc's sdk. Sorry, but I don't trust any developer...

1) It is a violating of the AIM License Agreement to tamper with and alter the files this program tampers with...not that any of you kiddies care. What's one more felony anyway? :)
