The builder has restored the weather alerts and email alerts, all are now working. He also added some new features and the program is now better than ever! Latest version is 2.2.4 build 3.

Great weather app! It is FREEWARE! WTF you on? You can make a donation if you want. There is no registration. I have used this for years.

Same crap, different version, few minor changes to keep trying to make money off of this crapware. I wish there were a ZERO stars rating. Be sure to read all the reviews below. Again, same garbage with no real improvements. Still trying to make money by passing this off as freeware when it is not. WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL.

After struggling though all the recent updates and bug fixes 2.2.3 is working OK......HOWEVER, severe weather alerts function still does not work. Developer advises that the fix will require a complete rewrite of the program and offers no time frame, so don't hold your breath.
Every weather app out there has severe alerts, without them the program is worthless.

OK they fixed the program today. Pretty sloppy testing procedures, support told me there was a compilation error with v2.2.2.0. It's working again now!

OK this version is another failure, I finally got V2.2.1.0 working, SUPPORT was useless in helping me resolve that problem, they did NOT have a clue. Now a new problem with this version, it gets into a failure loop, it fails, it asks to send a report, which I try, it tells me I do not have a default mail client to send the report (My default client is GMAIL and it WORKS), you can not get out of the loop, I had to revert to V2.2.1.0, Wait for the FIX if you use windows XP SP3

Always on every computer I create for myself/business and friends. Don't believe the negative crap here from the same guy over and over, try it for yourself.
I try others over the years, but Weather Pulse always outshines them. Even when it had quirky bugs. Love capacity to add more weather maps. New weather desklet pro add-add-on kicks butt on anything out. Still the best one around!

I revise my review. The reason the new install doesn't work so well, is the old UN-install leaves "CRAP" behind. Not only do you need to go to ADD/REMOVE programs and remove. You need to delete C:\Porgram Files\Weather Pulse, I then ran CCleaner, I reinstalled and now it's working as it was!! Remove ALL reminets before the new install!!

The new version has problems. I installed it on my Windows XP SP3 machine. On reboot it doesn't start in the system tray even when I have start with windows. Worse than that it hangs my machine on shutdown and I have to Hard powerdown, it never had these problems until the new installer came out, don't bother with it!

These software publishers prey on unsuspecting novice PC users the same way internet lottery scammers prey on the old! Useless software taking up precious resources. What a waste. and people who download this should be forced to use Windows ME for 25 years.

After downloading 2.10 build 12, severe weather alert option no longer works. NO SUPPORT. Don't waste your time with this program.
