You are right, ilasoft, thanks for pointing that out. I did mean the Shift key but I enclosed "Shift" in arrows and it was obviously interpreted as HTML-formatting, so it didn't make the post. Sorry about that!

My solution to the "problem" you describe, is to hold down the key while clicking a link. The URL will open in a new window. This works in any IE-based browser.
