This has become my favorite browser. The search is kinda screwy. thats why I gave it a 4 other than that I like the way it opens sites and hides the tool bar

the only time you have to tell that you are recording is when you plan on using the conversation with a third party.
Like training how to handle different types of costomers. other than that you can record all you want. the program is fun but...
