I have both Winzip and Winrar, and out of the 2, I prefer Winzip...(who says you have pay for it) The screen still pops up, but you don't have to register. Besides after years of using Winzip, you get used to it.

Adware... That says it for me. I've tried all the major browsers, and I prefer and recommend Mozilla. I will never and have never used any program that contains Adware. And I will certainly never pay for a program just to get an ad free...
