Opera doesn't have tab groups but it does have sessions. You can save the state of all open tabs as a session and then open an entire session in one go or have a specific session load up when you start Opera.
I must admit that's how I first read the message, but if you look at it a little more closely it also has a link to version 7.5 free edition (if you've missed it, here it is again!)
