Ahh.. damn good program, got a very comprehensive capture mode, abiliy to fix some broken avis.... and of course, very very good video processing mode, its a tool that every video hobbists must have!

ok i dont get all these negative comments, icq2k on w2k final worked flawlessly for me, it installed right, it converted my 99db right, it signs just right, the only downside is that even with most useless pluggins stripped a aside, it still eats...
