Just does what it says it will do. It must have been improved since the earlier reviews. I wasn't using it then.

100% useless utility now that Vista/7/8 all use SuperFetch and cache as much as your physical RAM is thus there's no "free" memory any more.

You can't "defrag" physical memory, only virtual memory. What's the gain from doing so, anyway? Nonsense. Two stars for the info it provides.

Memory defragmentation is dubious, in my opinion, but the RAM indicator in the system tray works very nicely.

Pretty nice app, lots of display options plus defrag! And it's a really small program.

There's better? Well, that is not an objective statement--it rather depends on what you're after. RAMpage can't show memory used, and instead can only show memory available. Maybe you don't care, but I don't like it that way.
As far as the "memory defragger" feature, I couldn't care less. Why the hell does anybody use such nonsense anyway?

Not too shabby, but there's better. The defragmenting is painfully slow, and its not customizeable enough. And it uses too much memory, 4Mb. Still better than lame Coolmon, which doesn't even defrag memory and still takes 8Mb for a bunch of crap.
I use RAMpage, also freeware, uses as little as 800K memory, and has customizeable defrag levels, and a clean visible tray readout without the balloon.

Low on resources, easy to use, stable, free.

Pros: Does, in fact, defrag memory and is quite good at it. (Win 8.1)
Cons: None that I can see. I use it to defrag my 8gb ram. It helps when a process starts eating ram or when a program is closed you can reclaim ram faster.
Bottom Line: Just does what it says it will do. It must have been improved since the earlier reviews. I wasn't using it then.
