It seems great. Tested relatively old versions in the past. But what about WiredChange as an alternative? Much more powerful and also snazzy. It can be found here:

I absolutely love Rainlendar! I consider it one of the few must-have programs, simply because it allows me to display multiple calendars (Outlook, Google Calendar, iCal) in one, on my desktop. L-O-V-E IT!

...and if you go here:

you can get even more widgets (for the shadow4 skin)

Shows a calendar(alarm&scheduling), to-do-list, weather & clock on the desktop (depending on the skin which is used, I'm using Statica)). The nicest feature is the synchronization with Google calendar in both ways, ie. if I change something locally the google calendar is updated and vice versa....

Ignorance is a bliss, ain't it? This is not "just" a calendar, it's a calendar app that can pull stuff (and work with) from Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook and even RTM (and a few more i think). Meaning that at the very least it allows you to see appointments and everything from few sources in one place (calendar), which is pretty darn handy, at least to me.
So next time try reading what's the program is about at least.
And overall, well, it might not be perfect or AS good looking as I would like it to be (at least default skins: fugly), but I haven't yet found a better alternative. So if any1 has any ideas, by all means feel free to recommend.

Agreed. Forget it. I recommend that people either get the free version of this, or else UK's Kalender (http://freenet-homepage.de/ukrebs/) instead.
