Publisher's Description
With permanent and long-term computer work, you are vulnerable to eyesight deterioration, back and hand pain, headaches and eye problems. Why endure this needless stress?
In order to prevent these potential problems, most ergonomic experts advise taking regular, short breaks in computer work to relax the eyes, the hands, the wrists (vulnerable to carpal tunnel syndrome), shoulders, and back. But with heavy workloads and hyperfocus on work, we forget to take periodic breaks, and often ignore reminders. It has an inexpensive solution to compel you, your fellow workers, children, and other loved ones to take that much-needed break. You can program your computer to freeze when you want for periods up to fifteen minutes per hour.

Cool app. ALOT of people around the world could use software like this. All gamers sit around way too long, and they know it, but don't wonna move. Of course, maybe a freeze ain't such a big pleasure when going for an instance in WoW or during a clan-mach in CS.
"Just use an old version of Windows like 98 or ME - this feature is inbuilt."
LoL, hell yeah.

update: How in the world is anyone rating this stupid thing above a 1? ravemanson - are you the acutal author or a friend of his or what?
L A M E!!!
I'm going to agree with scodan on this one.
If you need to blow $20 to know when to snap out of it and stand up...you need a lot of help with other things too, like how to tell time for example.
damn - why do people keep writing such lame apps?

I agree with scodan, but I'll give it a five. If i didn't know when to stretch, i'd need a program to tell me. :)

If you need this type of utility, you don't need to primarily worry about wrist, back, or eye injury, you need to worry mainly about protecting your *brain* from further injury--because you're obviously already too stupid to take breaks when you need them.
