Seems like a great program! I've seen no glitches on my multi monitor system, except when I do a show desktop and then restore miniMIZE icons. The icons look a bit odd. I resolved this with the pin to top setting.
I just installed this. I'm not noticing any delay, and the settings are on the dock. Drag and dropping new links in seem to work perfectly for me. Very nice program.
