This is the best multi-tab browser based on the IE engine. It's fast, has a lot of interesting features (not too many so it's lightweight) and the latest version allows URL dragging to the desktop. And the best of all: it's FREE!!!

It's fast, it's good-looking, it's free!!!
Only 1 little remark: opening the 'Favorites' item can take a few seconds if you have a lot of bookmarks. But you can also use the 'yllow star' to access them and that's fast enough!

a great program...one remark though: I tried to view the list of active DLLs and switched to another item and then the program stopped responding. I had a lot of programs open so there may be a little bug there.
