This program is by far the best freeware weather program out there. It has a good interface, and has no advertisements. A must have if you like to keep an eye on the weather.

The program does what it claims to do, and does a fine job at it. The problem is that you can be sharing over 10gigs of files (good files not junk) and there will be very little to do, because you are still not sharing enough or you get "NO DC++"
