Nice Program, except an error popped up at startup only at first. But other than that, I appreciate the effort done in the creation of this program...

It's of the best browsers I've ever tried and It's got everything I want except that it's an IE based browser and because of that, a four would be the maximum than I can give it

Great browser with everything except I get an "UNABLE TO SAVE CONFIG" error when closing it after running it under a Limted User Account[LUA]. I'll stick with Firefox until that is fixed.
How aboout a 4 for for effort end everything else it has...
