To indirectly support SMP.
1. split the files into 2.
2. start 2 instances of winrar each compressing 1 of the files
Each instance will run on a seperate CPU.

Very simple non caching server.
However it doesn't work! Sometimes pages come through
but about 1/2 the time data is missing!
I only use this over a LAN but over dialup it would probably be worse
