This, quite simply, is the best image viewer that I have seen in a long time. Excellent program. I would refer this program to Anyone from entry level to seasoned professional.

This is an awesome program. One thing I wish they would add, if it would not cause the program to be overly bloated, would be an option to make this application inherently skinable. Just a suggestion, but an otherwise awesome application.
