Commented on Download Accelerator Plus June 1 - 5:12 PM ET i think that downloading utilities are helpful for low bandwidth connections and when using the ie browsers. but frankly speaking, if people have / use ff or pale moon on a dsl or higher bandwidth, downloading utilities are not necessary, imho.
