This is the only free app I've found that can convert from WMV to ANY other video codec! I haven't tested it out fully yet, but so far it appears to work great :)

I used to use this program, but then stopped because of a bug it has: if you use XP's Fast User Switching feature, it will restart the computer every few days :(.

I've made quite a few programs under 54kb in size; that doesn't mean a thing. I just downloaded it, and it's almost certainly not a fake. Good UI, still testing it...
