This is without a doubt, one of the best freeware programs I can think of. It's easy to use by anyone, has a small memory footprint and offers some powerful options to reducing a DVD from two layers (9gb) down to one layer (4.5gb).

I am not a fan of bloat - nor do I like counter-productive user interfaces. My recommendation is Media Player Classic. It's under a megabyte, can be used with mouse and keyboard - intuitively - (ie. in a standard manner to 99% of other windows...

I've used a number of download managers over time. I must say that DAP is the FASTEST for downloading that i've seen. Unfortunately, it's reliability could be improved. I have tried the non-beta version of DAP on three different people's Windows...

By the way buggernuts, in future I suggest you rate the program for what it does and not your opinion of the Internet. As the review page says "keep it on topic".
If you have paid for Microsoft Office then I recommend you stick with it (unless you are thinking about upgrading - in which case i'd change to Open Office). If you don't own Microsoft Office, don't even think about buying the it!!
