For a free tool this is pretty decent. The shareware versions provide a lot more function, but... you have to pay for them - though not to the expense of having to buy a db license and get its dedicated tools.
Even at $59 US for the full professional version it is FAR better than the crap tools you get with MSSQL and DB2.
@Victor - If you can't see the value of a single tool that can deal with multiple vendor databases in a unified manner, I hope you never get turfed from your job because out here in the real world you have to deal with databases from many vendors. The more databases you can work with is highly valued by employers out here when it comes time to send out your CV.

This is a serious improvement on SSMS. I don't think I'll ever use SSMS again.
One complaint I have is when you filter tables, views, procedures, etc - after filtering, the database collapses so you need to open it again.

Victor,
If you are a DB administrator, this is not the tool for you!
Are you for real comparing this FREE app to TOAD ($1000) !??? Do you also compare a bicycle to a Jumbo Jet?
Now, you have to maintain a simple web app, using DB engine, now this is where this app can be handy regardless if you have a job or not.
It's portable assuming .NET Framework is available.

Interesting little app - but I don't see the point in using it. If you're managing SQL databases you can use the tools that come with it...If you're on Oracle then this is junk compaired to TOAD...etc etc etc.
I previous poster said this was a portable app - so I suppose I could imagine a scenerio where this would be handy - but if you're in that situation you should be looking for a new job cause you don't know what yer doing. None-the-less I'll still give it a two cause it does work.

I don't have db's but dbeaver from sf looks nice and has multiple plugins for different db drivers and it's portable too.

I have tried this small app and it works very nice for me, it does at least basic stuff w/o problems. I tried with sqlite, access and MS sql.
But here is the nice thing: I'm connecting to a sql db at my web provider using SQL Management, and I get the full list with all databases (sometimes this list it is very big!) so you have to scroll to get to your database, while with this one I can connect and get ONLY my database! This is a plus for me.

Has potential. I look forwad for new versions.
To sad startup and every click in the menu ends in an error or crash. Maybe it would be a good idea to add Error/exception handling into code.
1. If Database Program is installed (seems to need 3. Party Databse it claims to support beeing installed)
2. File menu does´nt work at all here, mouseover already results in exceptions.
3. Problem with windows focus. easely can get a invible menu behind the mainwindow that is not acessible anymore.
and so on.
To the programmer please follow basic coding skill and also test you tool on a plain system and remove the huge number of obvios bugs. took me 2 minutes to find a huge amount of bugs.
