I can't stand the full MediaInfo, but I like MediaInfo Lite. Go figure.

Very handy indeed and more comfortable then G-Spot but when it comes to tagging AVI I rather use abcAVI Tag Editor and get all the desrired info from that free app. Still rate it 5* cause it just rocks

This is an excellent tool for providing information about media files. I find myself relying on it quite often.

My only complaint is that the Lite version isn't always up to date with the official release although you can always drop the DLL from the CLI release into your MediaInfo Lite install directory to update the core functionality.

Because .OGM is not supported in GSpot I'm using this prog also, allthough I find GSpot more convient.

Similar to "MediaInfo", but less view options. It looks identical to MediaInfo in "Text" mode, but without icons.

I can't think of any reason to use this instead of MediaInfo which is free as well. (I also used to use VideoInspector but MediaInfo found more file types so I just use MediaInfo now)

I suppose some people might like the fact that it opens directly into Notepad, but you can COPY the data right out of MediaInfo easily.

Stick with MediaInfo.

Anyone know how this differs from the "unlite" version, MediaInfo?
