Does what is says, but it takes almost 30 seconds to load at startup with a Core 2 Duo 2 GHz processor and a gig of RAM. Pretty crappy!

WinRAR is by far the best compression program on the net. It does everything you can think of that a compression tool should do. Great Job!

Maxthon and Microsoft actually have a great working relationship. And to address IE not being developed for years. I suggest you look into the major overhauls done to IE with the release of SP2 for XP. And no, I'm not talking about the pop-up...
