Technicalities: You'll need a JRE (Java Runtime Environment) to run this application. If you don't have one (or if you only have the crap from Microsoft): Download one from java.com. Install. Restart Windows.
[sarcosos again.] As good as it gets for free before me testing PhotoFiltre 5.4 that was. It rocks! Thank you, bobad, for pointing it out.
