Reviewed ICQ 5.1 Build 2575 May 22 - 3:58 PM ET Even though I believe ICQ was the best IM client ever, the IDs run off a numbering system, so all day long I get spammers trying to add me to their contact list and all day long I'm declining them which makes ICQ too much of a nuisance to use. Besides, the Hamachi server/s should only be used for the handshake only if/when it's necessary, instead of every time the software is launched.... Read full review
